Where do you ship, and when will it arrive?

Standard shipping is free to the US, Canada, UK and all 27 EU countries. Preparation normally takes 1–3 days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 8–17 days to the US, 10–17 days to Canada and 7–15 days to the UK. EU delivery timing varies by destination; contact us for an estimate before ordering. What is included with each style?

Can I request a return?

Request a return within 14 days of delivery. HIA covers return shipping for our errors or defective items; customers cover change-of-mind and fit returns. Request instructions before sending an item back. Read the returns policy.
