Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is free on all products.

When will my order arrive?

Order preparation normally takes 1–3 days. Estimated transit after dispatch is approximately 8–17 days for the US, 10–17 days for Canada and 7–15 days for the UK. Orders may arrive sooner; timing varies by product, customs and carrier conditions. Same-day dispatch is possible when stock and processing allow, but is not guaranteed. How do the automatic discounts work?

Save 5% when your eligible merchandise subtotal is over US$149, or 10% when it is over US$199, before tax. The highest eligible offer applies automatically at checkout; the two offers do not stack. Free standard shipping to the US, Canada and UK still applies. Discount thresholds are in USD; the equivalent in your checkout currency is calculated automatically.

Which size should I choose?

Check the measurements and fit notes on each product page. Sizes vary by style, and One Size is not a universal fit. Read our Size & Fit Guide or contact us before ordering.

Are the hijab, belt and inner dress included?

Only the pieces explicitly listed in the product description are included. Photos may show additional styling pieces.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Items may ship separately through our supply partners. We will provide the available tracking details for each shipment.

Can I return an item?

Request a return within 14 days of delivery. HIA covers return shipping for an incorrect, defective or damaged item; customers cover return shipping for a change of mind or an unsuitable size. Please request instructions before sending anything back. See the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us as soon as possible. We will check whether a change or cancellation is still possible; once an order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible. This does not affect your applicable cancellation or refund rights.
